We are seeking a hands-on Controller / Senior Accountant to own the accounting function and help build a scalable financial and operational foundation for a growing global SaaS business.

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical backbone of the sales organization, partnering closely with Account Executives to drive deal success across the full sales cycle. This role is responsible for translating complex lending and fintech solutions into clear business value for prospective customers.

This individual will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, demonstrating how TurnKey Lender’s platform supports end-to-end lending operations, from origination through servicing, while addressing technical, integration, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Own

Technical Sales Execution

  • Partner with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle from discovery through close

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Map customer requirements to TurnKey Lender’s platform capabilities

What You’ll Own

Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Own a territory and quota focused on acquiring new customers and expanding market presence
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and marketing-generated opportunities
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM

Consultative Sales Execution

  • Lead prospects through the full sales cycle from discovery through close

Executive Relationship Management

Deal Strategy & Negotiation

  • Develop and execute winning strategies for enterprise opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
