2014 – Singapore and the United Kingdom

TurnKey Lender was originally founded in the UK in 2014. Then the company made a strategic decision to relocate its headquarters to Singapore to capitalize on the potential of Southeast Asian markets. The UK remained a key market, and the company returned to grow its team there in a few years.

2019 – Austin, Texas HQ and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

In 2019, TurnKey Lender opened an office in Kuala Lumpur to physically support its growing Asian operations. The timing aligned with the company’s Series A1 funding round, which included Malaysian investor OSK Ventures. The office was tasked with providing technical support to regional clients, driving local business development, and tapping into Malaysia’s fast-growing fintech ecosystem. That same year, the company established its North American headquarters in Austin, TX, reflecting its growing focus on the US market.

2021 – Warsaw, Poland

TurnKey Lender established a Warsaw office in 2021, spearheaded by Product Director Vit Arnautov and Head of Onboarding & Consulting Herman Yampolsky. The office was set up to access EU tech talent and deepen cooperation with professionals across the region.

2022 – United Kingdom

In early 2022, TurnKey Lender formalized and grew its UK presence, actively hiring sales, marketing, and product experts. Later that year, the company announced a full platform launch for the UK and Ireland market, introducing local integrations for credit bureau data, bank statement scoring, account verification, and e-signature.
