Dmytro Voronenko has spent more than two and a half decades building AI-driven financial software. As the CEO and co-founder of TurnKey Lender, he leads a global platform that has set standards of lending automation for financial institutions, alternative lenders, and embedded finance providers in more than 50 countries.

Entrepreneurial Background

TurnKey Lender is Dmytro’s fifth company. Before founding it in 2014, he built and led four software businesses specializing in data mining, artificial neural networks, credit risk management, and lending automation. Dmytro advised Fortune 100 companies and led banks across North America, Europe, and emerging markets. His previous companies include Scorto, Alyuda Research, and Softerra.

Dmytro has a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Kharkiv Polytechnic University. He led the development of a sophisticated Decision Management System with a team of scientists that completed machine learning and scoring projects for Boeing, LG, Bank of America, and Stanford University. This scientific foundation is embedded in TurnKey Lender. Its decisioning engine uses deep neural networks with self-learning scoring models to analyze consumer behavior patterns, evaluate risk, and make credit decisions in real time.

Dmytro is a regular speaker and panelist at major fintech conferences. In 2018, he joined co-founder Elena Ionenko as a panelist at the Singapore Business Review’s 20 Hottest Startups Panel Briefing, one of Asia’s most influential startup gatherings. 

In 2019, he joined an EY-hosted Innovation Lab panel at the Singapore FinTech Festival alongside leaders from InstaRem and FOMO Pay to discuss SME banking and lending digitalization across ASEAN.
