Unified Lending Solution (ULS) Guide

Application Form

Turnkey Lender’s Business Application Form is a powerful tool that enables businesses to apply for loans seamlessly and efficiently. Our software is designed to simplify the application process, saving time for both applicants and lenders while ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is gathered.

Navigation

The navigation in the form is smooth and simple. The User needs to answer questions in each section of the form to be able to proceed to the next section.

Their progress can be checked on the side Navigation panel.

Filling in the Form

The Form is designed as a set of steps the Customer has to go through by filling in the fields. It is necessary to fill all the required details to be able to proceed to the next section, so it is impossible to send an incomplete application which eliminates the unnecessary enquiries and requests for additional information.

While filling in the Form, the Borrower will have to give information on their personal details, business details and address, the owner of the business, link their account and provide financial statements.

Finalizing the Application

In the last section of the application, the Customer will receive the list of available loan offers, from which they will have to select the relevant one.

The list is formed by the system that selects the most relevant financial offers on the basis of FICO score and business rules configured for the credit products.

After one of the options is selected, the system creates a Loan Agreement on the basis of a pre-configured template and offers the Customer to sign it using one of the integrated e-sign systems.

After the document is signed, the application is sent for the disbursement confirmation.

Additional Notes (added Nov. 2024):
Application Form
  • TurnKey’s intuitive client portal allows clients and firms to apply for loans seamlessly, providing immediate offers without needing assistance from a business representative. The loan application form is fully tailored to align with each business’s industry and regulatory requirements, offering complete customization to organize and style it in the way that best suits each client’s needs.

  • The application can integrate with external sites via API in two ways: by using a web form that redirects to a TurnKey-hosted site or by pushing information directly to TurnKey’s systems through an API. TurnKey’s form structure ensures accurate and fully completed applications by allowing users to move to the next section only if the prior one is complete. This approach prevents incomplete applications and guarantees that essential details, such as valid formats for phone numbers and emails, are filled out correctly. Additionally, the form supports compliance with Section 1071 requirements, enhancing the integrity of collected information.

  • TurnKey also integrates with Plaid to streamline the collection of financial documents, avoiding the need for manual gathering and submission. This integration reduces the time and effort required for completing applications while enhancing data accuracy to ensure financial information is current and error-free. The integration expedites borrower scoring, underwriting, and loan decision-making processes. In addition to Plaid, TurnKey can work with other financial data providers like Flinks and Stripe to accommodate different client needs.

  • Document submission is simplified through OCR (Optical Character Recognition), allowing TurnKey to parse standardized document formats for efficient processing. In the final section of the application, TurnKey’s auto-offer feature selects the most relevant loan options based on borrower input, such as specific FICO scores and business rules. Borrowers can receive different or multiple offers depending on their input, and automated underwriting further streamlines the decision-making process.

  • Once an offer is selected, TurnKey creates a Loan Agreement using a pre-configured template. Borrowers can seamlessly sign the agreement within the web application using integrated e-signature systems such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, eSign, SignNow, or Onespan. If preferred, a copy can be sent via email for reference. After the document is signed, the application is sent for disbursement confirmation, completing the process.
